Black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) production requires a precise equilibrium between soil composition, climatic conditions, and maturation timing. Our truffle oaks thrive in carefully prepared calcareous soils, creating the ideal ecosystem for this exceptional "black diamond."
Harvested at peak maturity during the winter months, each truffle undergoes a rigorous selection based on aromatic finesse, texture, and freshness—a reflection of patient, mastered cultivation dedicated to Provençal terroir and haute cuisine.
Target Annual Production (3-Year Horizon): 80 kg, with progressive increases as the orchard matures and the domaine reaches full productivity.
L'oliveraie
Provençal olive cultivation follows tradition and Mediterranean terroir principles with passion and patience. Each tree receives manual care—where pruning and harvesting follow natural rhythms and the specific requirements of the surrounding land.
The domain extends across sun-drenched slopes where local varieties thrive. After harvest, the olives undergo meticulous de-leafing to preserve only the purest fruit, maintaining its aromatic richness and subtlety.
